Movie Studio Story is a strategy and management game where you're at the helm of a film studio. You have to build the proper installations, hire lots of employees, and produce successful movies.

The style of Movie Studio Story is reminiscent of many Kairosoft games (even its name is similar). You can hire different types of workers, such as a scriptwriters, actors, directors, camerapeople, and others. Each has her own particular characteristics. Actors, for instance, have the skills needed to play in comedies, dramas, etc.

When producing a movie, you have to take into account the different skills each employee has. If your scriptwriters are specialized in comedies, you'll probably be more successful producing a comedy than a drama. Same with any other genre.

Movie Studio Story is an entertaining strategy game. It doesn't have an immense amount of content, but it offers lots of possibilities. The graphics are nice, too, and they look a lot like Kairosoft games as well.
